Shawn Eaton and Patrick Reilly also provide telehealth to clients physically located in Florida under Florida out-of-state telehealth registration. Rising Recovery separately provides professional substance use assessments in Michigan. Rising Recovery helps adults with anxiety, depression, trauma, anger and emotional regulation, self-esteem and self-criticism, relationship concerns, substance-related concerns, and recovery. Shawn Eaton provides individual and couples therapy. Patrick Reilly and Josh Svinarich provide individual therapy. Elona Eaton provides substance use assessments only; assessment services are separate from psychotherapy and do not establish an ongoing therapy relationship. Therapy is available only when the clinician is licensed, registered, or otherwise authorized to practice in the state where the client is physically located during the session. Insurance participation varies by clinician.
