Mindfulness-Informed Online Therapy for Adults in Michigan
You may understand why you feel or react the way you do and still have trouble responding differently when emotions take over. Anxiety, depression, trauma, major life changes, or recovery-related stress can leave you feeling disconnected from yourself and unsure how to move forward.
I provide online therapy for adults across Michigan. Together, we can slow things down, understand the patterns shaping your experience, and develop a more grounded way of relating to difficult thoughts, emotions, and situations.

Who I Work With
I work with adults who want to better understand themselves, feel steadier in difficult moments, and respond to life with greater awareness and intention.

Individual Therapy
For anxiety, depression, trauma, emotional regulation difficulties, life transitions, identity concerns, and substance-related or recovery-related stress. Therapy can help you understand where familiar patterns come from while developing new ways of responding that feel more deliberate and manageable.
How I Work
My approach is reflective, collaborative, and grounded in curiosity. I work to create a space where you can explore difficult experiences without feeling rushed, judged, or pressured to have everything figured out.
I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, and attachment-based and Emotionally Focused principles.
Depending on what you need, we may explore how past experiences continue to shape the present, notice patterns in your thoughts and emotions, practice mindfulness and emotional regulation, or identify practical steps toward the changes you want to make.

A More Grounded Way to Respond
Many people come to therapy knowing what they think they should do differently but finding that familiar emotions and reactions continue to take over. Insight can be helpful, but it does not always create more choice in the moments when you need it most.
Mindfulness is not about getting rid of uncomfortable thoughts or forcing yourself to feel calm. It can help you notice what is happening with greater clarity and less judgment, making it easier to understand what you need and choose how you want to respond.
Therapy gives us room to explore where your patterns come from, how they affect your life now, and what it would look like to relate to yourself and your experiences in a steadier, more intentional way.
