Driver's License Restoration
For Michigan driver's license restoration or appeal, license suspension or revocation, DUI/OWI-related matters, and other substance-related driving cases.

A formal evaluation includes a structured interview, review of relevant records, and any required testing. We'll explain what you need before the evaluation and what happens afterward.

Complete the Structured Interview
You'll meet with Elona through secure telehealth to review your substance use, treatment, recovery, legal, and driving history.

Receive the Written Report
After all required records, documents, and testing results have been received, Elona prepares the written report.
If a certified drug screen is required for your evaluation, you'll receive clear instructions for completing testing that meets the applicable requirements.

Elona has extensive experience conducting substance use evaluations for Michigan driver's license, court, and administrative requirements.
She takes a thorough, respectful, and organized approach to the evaluation process. She listens carefully, asks clear questions, and considers the information gathered through the interview along with relevant records, testing, and supporting documentation.
Her role is not to produce a particular result. It is to complete an objective professional evaluation and prepare findings and recommendations based on the information gathered and applicable Michigan requirements.

Total Fee
A $200 nonrefundable deposit is required to schedule the appointment.
The remaining $100 is collected on the day of the assessment.
One reschedule is allowed without an additional deposit. A second reschedule requires a new $200 deposit.
Report Timing
7–10
Business Days
Written reports are generally completed within 7–10 business days after all required records, documents, and testing results have been received.
Missing records or testing results may delay completion of the report.
